Hi! My name is Jontay Jongsma. I am a therapist in Grand Junction, Colorado. I do community-based ( library coffee shops, parks, etc), home-based, or telehealth therapy. My areas of focus are Trauma, Homelessness, Navigating into independent living, Sex workers, Substance use, LGBTQIA+, and Kink/alternative sex practices. My approach as a therapist is to work as a team with you to address your needs in a personalized way. You are the expert of your life, and with my clinical expertise, we work together to identify and address the concerns you have. I have been described as "laid back" "quirky" and "out of the box." I appreciate dark humor, helping you learn new things about yourself, and celebrating every success with you ( you may even get a happy dance.)
